Ana Suarez Associate Attorney
Ana Suarez is an associate attorney at Sprott Newsom Quattlebaum Messenger, where she focuses her practice on medical-malpractice and healthcare-liability defense. She began her career with the firm as a law clerk and remained with the team through graduation and licensure, a path that reflects her commitment to the work and her consistency in growing alongside the firm’s cases and values.
Earning her law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston, she pursued opportunities that strengthened her advocacy skills, including selection into a competitive litigation training program that offered concentrated, practical experience in case development, evidentiary analysis, and courtroom preparation. She also completed international arbitration coursework through Charles University in Prague, which broadened her understanding of complex legal frameworks and continues to influence the way she evaluates issues as a litigator.
A proud Longhorn, she graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in International Relations and Business, concentrating in political economy and public policy. While at UT, she expanded her academic foundation through intensive international studies in Madrid, further developing her understanding of comparative legal frameworks and global legal systems. Together with her bilingual fluency in Spanish and her international academic experience, this foundation has equipped her with a broadened global perspective and strong cross-cultural communication skills, both of which enhance her approach to handling diverse matters in healthcare litigation.
