Brittnie S. Reeves Associate Attorney
Brittnie S. Reeves is an Associate Attorney at Sprott Newsom Quattlebaum & Messenger, PC with experience handling complex issues related to labor and employment matters, executive employment agreements, and personal injury. During her practice, she represents an array of clients including individuals, corporations, healthcare organizations, hospitals, and insurance companies.
Brittnie graduated magna cum laude from Sam Houston State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a Minor in Forensic Science. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, where she served as a Henry Ramsey Dean’s Fellow, President of the Womxn’s Law Student Association, and Member of the Charles Hamilton Houston National Moot Court Team. During law school, she also won multiple CALI Excellence For the Future Awards as a result of obtaining the highest grade in those courses and graduated in the top 20% of her class.
Brittnie’s professional background also includes her previous experience as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Associate at the World Bank Group, where she assisted in all aspects of handling workplace conflicts, and her time as an Extern at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Following law school, Brittnie clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Herman C. Dawson in Prince George’s County Circuit Court in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and the Houston Young Lawyers Association. Outside of her legal career, Brittnie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and Yorkshire Terrier, Luca.
