Tiffany Little-Saunders Associate Attorney
Tiffany Little-Saunders is an Associate of Sprott Newsom Quattlebaum & Messenger, PC, with over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry. She specializes in representing healthcare providers and facilities, navigating complex transactional matters, business disputes, regulatory compliance, licensing board issues, Stark and Anti-Kickback statutes, and employment-related issues. Tiffany’s expertise also includes assisting clients in establishing medical and dental practices, with a focus on creating Management Services Organizations (MSOs).
Tiffany graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Political Science. She went on to receive her law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Driven by her passion for healthcare law, she furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Healthcare Law and Policy from the University of Houston, home to one of the nation’s leading health law programs and consistently ranked as a top 10 program by the U.S. News and World Report for over two decades. During her LL.M. studies, Tiffany clerked with U.S. Physical Therapy, where she conducted legal research and prepared a nationwide survey of state laws and regulations governing physical therapy and athletic training practices, including OSHA compliance, telehealth, and direct access.
Tiffany’s diverse professional background also includes her previous experience as an assistant trial coordinator where she assisted in all aspects of conducting several clinical trials. In her pursuit of continuous learning, she has recently expanded her practice to include copyright and trademark law, helping healthcare businesses protect their intellectual property.
Passionate about advocating for her clients, Tiffany is dedicated to guiding healthcare professionals and organizations through the complex legal landscape of healthcare law. She stays informed on the latest legal developments, ensuring her clients can make well-informed business decisions and adapt to the evolving healthcare environment.
Tiffany is an active member of the State Bar of Texas Health Law Section. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family, friends, and two beloved dachshunds.
